Budget and forecasting activities & applying sensitivity analysis.
Prepare and Issue the analytical reports that cover all P&L statements categories, define the gaps of actual versus Budget and Prior year.
Open dual communication channels with all departments, clarifying and highlighting the status against departmental budget.
Find out and propose alternative solutions and corrective actions to assist in gaps coverage.
Produce work for top Management to review clearly highlighting issues and providing potential solutions to issues identified.

Provide an appropriate level of supervision, oversight and maintain a proper follow-up, review data and ensure the accuracy and reliability of all related data.
Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close.
Prepare actual and relative analysis.
Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information related to revenue.
Share in Preparing financial statements & its related disclosures (Monthly, Quarterly, end of the year).
Handling the audit requirements concerning financial issues.
Provide CFO with timely feedback regarding the flow of work status, and include detailed notes.
Collaborates with the other departments’ people to support overall department goals and objectives.

In charge of all daily accounting transaction.
Manage accounting system and co-operate to fix system errors.
Make sure all the reports comply with regulations and company policies
Monthly transactions: check accounts movement reports, Bank reconciliation, Sales report, Tax reports, Allocation of prepaid expenses.
Assist CFO in monthly books closing to meet deadlines.
Work with auditor for year end financial reporting, dealing with tax department on taxation finalization.
Assist CFO in sales management reports, sales analysis, projection forecast.

Responsible for reviewing monthly P&L ( payable, billing & Receivable ) for the top customer of FedEx Egypt.
Responsible for monthly closing and make the reports for this period ( Profit & loss - cash analyses - aging reports - collection reports )
Responsible for all billing process in Int'l and domestic division
Responsible for all billing process in Mass Mail project
Prepare the needed Financial reports to Company Board
