• Preparing the contracts for our clients, considering all conditions and terms to be in line with laws and legal policies.
• Following up all new tenders announces either governmental or private sectors.
• Aware of CTC polices and procurement procedures.
• Coordination with Insurance companies for all insurance policies related to company staff, sites, clients or properties.
• Coordinate internal with all departments and divisions being as loop and link to achieve the harmony and fulfil our department needs.
• Coordinate with company supplies and contractor for goods and services preparing the PAF and CAF to accounts for issuing the cheques.
• Receiving monthly invoice, revise it and compare to actual to approve it by OP manager.
• Responsible for petty cash and requisitions.
• Following up staff accommodation monthly rents, water consumption, furniture procurement and so on.
• Receiving complaints from our clients if any, find a solution with concerned section or division.
• Issuing LPO on monthly basis for all our clients ‘ sites particularly in where we supply cleaning services.
• Obtain and get various quotations and do the needed comparison to procure the best of the goods that meet company’s needs.
• Coordinate and being the contact point with manpower supplier agencies in various countries.
