- INDEX Dynamics CRM 2013 :
o Develop Administration CRM application we create Stock Market Application “integrated with
Tadawul” and customer can download and subscribe on this application from website this
website is integrated with Dynamics CRM 2013 so the CRM was responsible for manage customer
subscription, renew or upgrade subscriptions, packages, packages types, tickets, invoices,
handle expired subscriptions, send emails to customers in case of expiration or promotions,
generate complex business reports, data migration and backup and restore
- Mostathmer Dynamics CRM 2013
o Migrate in-house application to CRM 2013 to Integrate Stock application for small investors with
administration modules to manage invoices, payment, tickets “Cases” and generate complex
business reports
- Responsibility:
o I am responsible for implementing new requirements and fix technical issues .
o Develop the main application, add new requirements(Business design and coding) fix technical issues
by using agile methodology via latest up to date technologies(WPF, Telerik, Dot Net Nuke (DNN 7) )
o Integrate Third-Party Component requested via ELance.com (Professional Charts - Heat Map )
o Using Dynamics CRM 2013 for integration
 Installation, customizations and development “Integration, Plugins, Workflows, reports”

Messaging Integration System: sending and receiving messages between shipping agencies
and Egyptian customs authority using queuing system by using Java technologies (IBM MQ, web services
, AJBs and desktop) manage, audit and identify message state in any step on business cycle, control IBM
web sphere MQ and troubleshoot any issue may happen .
- Electronic Messaging Service (EMS): to manage sending Manifest Between
Shipping Agencies and Egyptian Customs Authority using online integration to manage and control trading
exchange (Import and Export).
- Electronic Payment Service (EPS): Manage electronic payment between Egyptian
Customs Authority and banks, it’s payment gateway to centralize payments between several entities and
Egyptian Customs Authority .
- App-Server: Fully control of trading exchange (Import and Export) inside Egyptian Customs Authority
itself to identify and verify manifest details and return back success/fail notifications according to business
processing
- Online Shipping Management (OSM): Manage full business cycle of shipping agencies
including create Manifest and it’s BOLS and containers, financial module, release cargo and freight,
generate business and generic reports and handle Egyptian Customs Authority yards and warehouses
- Electronic Mapping (E-MAP) :Mapping international Shipping Lines to local shipping agencies
database, read Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) from international shipping agency and mapping it in
local agencies in Egypt to start business cycle (Import and Export)
- Mesoft Letter Generator (MLG): Generate dynamic reports, it’s external application integrate
with core shipping agency application to generate dynamic reports according to rapidly business change .
- Internal System (inside company):Master Data Generator, Validate web service and IBM
MQ Validator, it’s local applications used internal to facilitate business to update shipping agencies
database master tables with new updates in Egyptian Customs Authority (Country, Ports, Carriers,
warehouses and unit of measure ).
Responsibility:
* Writing code to add new features according to business changes and support projects by fixing issues
reported from our clients using Tortoise SVN.
* I worked for three teams in these projects
* Development team and my role in this team is developments projects ( web and desktop ) in three
environments (clients (Shipping Agencies), Egyptian Customs Authority (ECA) applications and
administration project to admin, control and supports projects in clients and ECA) using Windows
