SALES: Achieve or exceed sales of

CALL PLANNING: proper call planning before, during and after the call
1. Analyze and understand client reports
2. Pre and post call analysis
3. Utilize monthly planner
4. Develop efficient route plan
ACCOUNT COVERAGE: Complete 15 calls daily including 10 presentations
1. Working a preplanned route list
2. Identify new accounts and expand existing base
ACCOUNT SERVICE: establish productive relation-ship with all accounts based on mutual respect and science
1. Check and update lens consignments
2. Check for near expiry items 6 months prior to expiry dates
3. Follow-up on all request
4. Provide technical/ merchandising support
SELLING SKILLS AND TECHNOLOGY KNOWLEDGE :Utilise selling skills and knowledge to persuade customers
1. Communicate clear messages
2.Maintain level of technical knowledge of products and competition
3.Present features and benefits
4. Follow strategic focus promotions
5. Utilize third party references
6. Demonstrate the products
ADMINISTRATION AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: perform all administrative responsibilities and properly maintain company property
1. Accurate and timely submission of all reports
2. Maintenance of territory records
3. Monitor and update consignments and all other programs
4. Protect all materials, supplies and samples
5. Proper use of promotional items

SALES:
1. SELL ALL PRODUCTS: Probe to uncover practitioner needs/ preferences in order to present pertinent product.
2. SELL NEW PRODUCTS :Sell strategic focus programs competitively targeting each new product and/or promotion to the correct potential accounts.
3. SELL ALL CUSTOMER TYPES : Develop account base by assessing real potential of medium and small accounts for different product types.
