Delta is a Kuwaiti company and leader in producing and trading the industrial gases in the Egyptian market.
I have been promoted to the general manager of the operations in Egypt. My main goal is to take the organization to another level and achieve another milestone by transforming the company from just a producer to a unique service provider with high standards. Since then, I was looking to ensure all departments are up to the highest standard, added new business lines, increasing the assets, achieving a particular increase in P&L
- Managing and monitor the business’ P&L and the Cash Flow with growth of 15% YoY.
- Assign the targets and KPIs to all departments to achieve high contribution into the business.
- The new initiated department of Service and engineering has a contribution of 20% of the P&L in the last 4 years.
- Market Share growth 5% during last two years with all the market challenges.
- Working on maintaining the business growth & development.
- Carrying out the quarterly appraisals for all departments’ staff.
- Ensure organization follows the policies and maintain ISO standards. Align with the governmental rules and obligations.
- Monitor the collection, costs and expenses, production, production losses, and the sales targets & achievements in weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Creating and developing the feasibility study for every new project or affiliates.
- Heading the Management of Change (MOC) with the specialized team.
- Weekly meeting with all department heads to discuss and review the business progress.
- Maximizing the efficiency by coaching and mentoring personnel on management principles, industry practices, company procedures, and technology systems.
- Managing the workflow through the complete process to exceed service quality goals.
- Analyze the country economic situation, market trends and competitor activities to create competitive advantages, and sustain and enlarge the company market share.
- Performing a quarterly analyze the SWOT to find out the updates and take the proper movement accordingly.
- Showing a great leadership level during COVID19, maintained cost Vs. Budget to end up with the plan.
