Responsible for the preparation of Credit Facility Agreements as per approved Credit
proposals, credit policy, regulatory requirement and as per TAT agreed for business
SLA.
 Responsible for the preparation of loan documentation Check Lists.
 Preparation of Security/Charge documents & to fulfill all required constitutional
documents to be lodged and archived.
 Prepare/check documentation checklist to determine the documents, securities,
insurance assignments required to be obtained prior to limit release of any newly

system) and documents (Documents tracking system) to ensure completion of
facilities limit release/hold processes.

as per MRS (Mashreq Rating System).

 Regularly segregating security folders of Settled/Closed accounts and old/obsolete
documents from the safe custody and arranging the transfer to Archive with
proper documentation & maintaining proper record so.
 Communicating with central credit unit ops for necessary actions of limit extensions,
hold, un-hold as per approvals received.
 Updating monthly exception report according to satisfied instructions or documents
received.
