• Identified the gaps in the procurement cycle and advised recommended solutions procurement and cloud technologies. Built custom presentations to match customers’ needs and requirements.
• Conducted market research and worked very closely with customers to identify their core business problems. Supported marketing events to spread procurement and cloud knowledge in the region.
• Prepared and delivered real-time product demos tailored to showcase procurement solutions.
• Acted as Solution Consultant for SAP Procurement solutions covering MENA region (Ariba, SRM, E-Sourcing and Fieldglass).
• Helped clients to point gaps through discovery calls and workshops. Assisted sales team with developing and delivering a suitable business cases for customers.
• Delivered Ariba training, which included e-sourcing, contract management and procure to pay.
During this time I was integrated in the VIATECLA Labs team, responsible for all R&D tasks mainly in the areas of ergonomics, design and mobile development. I participated continuously in the Windows
Phone development framework with real work (two applications for the corporate and aviation
segments) that are currently in production. During the last three months in the labs I started managing
another VIATECLA intern, providing important orientation and coaching regarding Windows Phone
development.
