• Observe and follow up with new UAE Nationals for their career development program.

• Assessor and verifier on Procurement Division as Skill Pool Expertise of Competency Assurance Management System and Critical Task Program.

• Observing Team member and guide them to do their duties as Tender Committee Coordinator, key holders, secretaries, Assistants etc.

• Participated as member on setting two criteria’s for two projects, Suppliers Performance Criteria and Barcode project

• Prepare and present an awareness session for assigned and new members committees and secretaries and chairmen’s about each one role and responsibilities after receiving CEO approval.
