IT Administrator for customer at TNT Express Multinational since Jan. 2008 to sept. 2011 for three accounts (EGYPT, LIBYA, JORDAN)
Responsibilities:
 Manage interface for shipping customer Data.  Technical contact person between TNT & its major clients by offering the required Technology for exchange of information and by providing the fastest and the most reliable Express delivery services through TNT information systems.  Provide full support for CIT installation and training

Responsibilities:
 investigating and diagnosing network problems  collecting IT usage stats,  making recommendations for improving the company's IT systems  carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions  help employees with some of their more basic computer needs, like setting up new users and managing back-up, security and passwords  monitoring internet and email use to make sure everyone is behaving  responsible for maintaining the company's IT network  servers and security systems  responsible for investigating and diagnosing network problems, collecting IT usage stats, making recommendations for improving the company's IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions.  Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues reported to the Service Desk  Troubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software. Escalate requests to the appropriate party, as needed. Replace or repair defective parts and equipment.  Conduct briefings and demonstrations for users to enhance system productivity  Assist in the development of training coursework and materials  Maintain and expand knowledge base in area of expertise  Comply with continuing education requirements  Increase efficiencies, technical ability and interpersonal skills
 Perform routine server monitoring and performance benchmarking  • Monitor and remove virus, spyware, and other non-authorized software  Complete special projects as requested

Responsibilities:
 Provide second line support for all TNT.  Responsible for hardware maintenance and installation.  Responsible for ensuring availability and day to day operation, scheduling & technical support for TNT infrastructure/computer system and peripherals  Protect PC’s against virus defects.  Protect and backup data. (Daily/weekly Backup)  Co-operation with IT Team on technical problems solving  Support after working hours for emergency critical calls  Maintain active directory  Responsible for software delivery  Responsible for Network security  Responsible for Network availability  Responsible for IT Asset management  Responsible for achieving 97.5% SLA of service delivery  Transfer more technical problems to IT Manager  Update network applications as required
 Maintain daily tape backup and off-site tape storage  Conduct technology training for new users  Provide support to the Technology team  Attend courses to develop and keep skills and knowledge current  Daily, weekly, & monthly reporting for all CIT stuff to ICS country Manager.
