DX/VRV Sales Account Manager
• Develop relationships with existing distributor and build new relationships capable of building revenue.
• Manage Qatar & Kuwait distributors accounts including initiation, analysis, monitoring and evaluating new opportunities for the account.
• Conduct period performance checks to ensure distributor are showing improvement.
• Continuously contact existing customers to evaluate distributor satisfaction.
• Drive efforts to meet sales quotas and individual account goals.
• Identify client issues and work with sales teams and technical staff to ensure issues are resolved quickly.
• Utilize resources to evaluate new potential client.
• Create periodical sales, revenue and financial reports and supporting documentation.
• Manage the sales forecasts.
Consulting Sales
• Responsible for the full design cycle of the project. To follow consultants coverage program and covers technical activities and relationship management.
• Technical activities & involvement in analyzing HVAC requirements of the projects render technical guidance to the consultants & Key clients.
• Technical presentation to customers, technical feasibility studies, sharing information on new product development with the latest innovations and technology and consultants & clients training on regular basis.
• Follow consultant coverage protocol, project tracking and updating consultant’s database.
• Develop relationships and work with consultants, clients/developers to ensure the companies sweet spots and specifications are well positioned in the projects.
• Conducting bi-weekly / monthly projects pipe line meetings with projects sales team and discuss projects progress in detail on regular basis.
• Undertake energy analysis for the projects under design for the equipment performance on bin data through system optimizer software and propose energy efficient solutions compared.
• Participate actively in the sales meeting and support as necessary by facilitating consultant approvals by leveraging consultant relationships
• Identifying new potential projects, recommend action to improve market coverage through consultant.
• Lead all relationship activities and to nurture relationship at levels with the consulting firms.
• Handling key consultants, build relationships and maintain good rapport with them and ensuring proper technical details are given and constantly updating them about the products.
• Update Product & Sales team about the latest developments in the market or changes related to HVAC
Standards or implementation of new regulation in the market.
Product Development (Mini Chillers, FCU, Rooftop Package Units, Ducted Split Units)
• Responsible for developing & sustaining current products, ensuring cost reduction, quality, and applicability.
• Responsible for customization of current products to meet customers’ requests, ensuring cost reduction, and
quality.
• Production lines daily support to overcome problems and issues that is facing production process ensuring
applicability..
• Works closely with the Manufacturing Engineers during the process design, ensuring the technical
compatibility of the designed processes.
• Provide all technical information for other departments and Act as a consultant for product sales support.
• BOM (Bill Of Material) specialist Dealing with MRP software system(I-Scala) for creating, adjusting, and
modifying air conditioning units' bill of material.
• Applying Lean six sigma tools for manufacturing projects to develop and improve projects results and
products quality and performance.
• Apply different programs for products improvement and sustainability.
