• Design and review Training & Development policy for HDBANK and ensure that procedures are documented and their implementation monitored to ensure internal efficiency.
• Design and implement effective development programs such as career path, succession planning and induction program by linking the competencies and the performance appraisal results to help retain talents and decrease the experience gap within the organization.
• Identify the training and development needs within the organization through the job analysis, the TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and Performance Appraisal to design the training and development plan.
• Implement the training and development programs based on the organization plan and individual need by deciding on the best source to provide the training whether in-house, on the job, outsourced, coaching, etc.
• Manage the training process to ensure the effective organizing of the training program and the documentation cycle.
• Design and review competency- Based training dictionary for HDBank .
• Design and review HDBank Leadership model & framework.
• Design and review HDBank values & Design training Program for it.
• Assist Compliance Team and HR Manager in developing code of conduct for HDBANK .

• Design and review HDBank competency model & framework.
• Design a full new Performance Management System.

• Manage and control the new Performance Management System and integrate it with other HR practices.

• Analyze all performance appraisal result and prepare the needed reports in order to extract promotions or training, development, and assessment need.

• Issue TNA according to Performance Appraisal & department’s needs.

• Handling the Training Pan (implementation & evaluation).
