Duties and Responsibilities:
• Track product installation work to link the measurements devices to equipment & generators in order to prepare and coordinate the preventive maintenance work later accordingly.
• Ensure timely delivery of Preventive Maintenance Services work to the customers through proper tracking of generated alerts and assign the preventive maintenance technical team to complete the maintenance work, this include:
- Review & track alerts generated by the systems;
- Compare current meter readings of equipment, machines & generators with the previous reading;
- Coordinate with maintenance team to conduct site visit and do the needful maintenance service; and
- Feed the system accordingly with the next meter readings in order to schedule the next maintenance job.
• Continuously control system alerts of equipment, machines & generators such as over heat, oil leaking, filters issue etc.
• Perform regular inspection on all equipment, machines & generators after the maintenance works have been completed by the preventive maintenance team and ensure that these are functioning properly.
• Generate all required reports pertaining to equipment, machines & generators status and report urgent and important issues to the Direct Manager.
• Build internal and external customer relationships.
• Supervise fleet operations and Company vehicles to ensure that all vehicles are maintained in a safe and roadworthy condition this include
- Administer and supervise fleet operations which include allocating driver assignments; monitoring drivers’ workloads, schedule, tasks; maintaining all databases related to transportation activities.
- Coordinate vehicles traffic schedules with drivers and make schedule adjustments as needed as well as coordinate service calls, and related activities.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure that all vehicles used are maintained in a safe and roadworthy condition as well as perform timely inspection and arrange for vehicles repair and ensure vehicles are functioning in good running condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards in transportation functions and ensure effective utilization of all vehicle, monitor idling time, track & improve vehicle routing and handle loading and unloading operations.
- Track the position of all your vehicles through GPS and coordinate other related activities such as vehicle overspeed and fuel need.
