o As a Business Development Manager for OMS serves as a developer, and coordinator of all new sales leads.
o Manages all aspects of medical equipment technology and training programs for relevant BME technical staff in
regards to equipment operations, standards and maintenance.
o Provides quality care by managing and coordinating the activities of the Biomedical Engineering Department within
the framework of existing policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
o Determines staffing requirements and supervise and mentors the work of all biomedical engineering staff to ensure
effective and efficient departmental functions.
o As a Field Service Coordinator, my duties are; Coordinates monitors and improves fields’ service activities for OMS.
o Provides supports and guidance to service personnel who perform on-site routine services including installation,
maintenance, and repair.
o Schedules / dispatches engineers and technicians to work orders.
o Corresponds with internal and external customers to fulfill service expectations.
o Manages all logistics support aspects of spare parts shipments to field service locations.
o Compliance with import export requirements when completing shipping documentation.
o Scheduling of training for service engineers and technicians on new products or technology.
o Design, and Maintain reports for service and other reports.
o As a Biomedical Engineering Supervisor for Molar serves as a supervisor, and coordinator of all functions related to
the safety testing, repair and maintenance of biomedical equipment.
o Manages all aspects of medical equipment technology and training programs for relevant BME technical staff in
regards to equipment operations, standards and maintenance.
o Provides quality care by managing and coordinating the activities of the Biomedical Engineering Department within
the framework of existing policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
