Working with Alexandria Construction Co. Saudi branch as a Technical office Manager.
My responsibilities
• Study the new tenders cost & technical
• Prepare the technical and financial quotations to the clients
• Meet all the subcontractors and get there quotation (procurement)
• Join all meetings with the client and subcontractors.
My responsibilities were :
• Making all the preliminary cost study for all the projects.
• Making the project management and supervision for the company projects.
• Making all the real estate developing for all the company projects.
• Making the construction management for part of the projects
• Making the negotiation with the consultants & contractors then follow them up and evaluate their works.
• Preparing all department targets, budget, progress plan and detailed anole targets
• The projects I was in charge were:
o KSB City compound in Ashbilliah district - East of Riyadh, 241villas & apartments
o Aljubail housing project, 59 villas
o King Abdul Aziz district housing project, 28 magnificent villas
o Five star hotel and royal suites in Dammam.
Working with Affordable House Co. - Riyadh - KSA Bin Saedan group, as a Director of the Projects Dept..
My responsibilities were :
• Making the project management and supervision for most of the projects.
• Making the construction management for part of the projects
• Lead the department team (12 Engineer, 5 Forman & 3 workers
• Making the negotiation with the consultants & contractors
• Preparing all department targets, budget, progress plan and detailed anole targets
• The projects I was in charge were:
o Miral compound 200 residential unit, with 140 million SR
o Sunrise project 300 residential units with 90 million SR
o Hayathim Houses first phase 175 residential unit with 25 million SR
o Tiba Houses 450 residential unit (under design)
Working with Medhat Abouzeid-Egyptian Consulting House (MZECH) - Cairo - Egypt, as a Project Director for REXAM cans factory in 6th of October industrial City
My responsibilities were :
• Managing the construction process for all projects in the factory.
• Co-ordinate all the activities between the specialist contractors during the execution (civil works, steel structure, EMP contractor & landscape) and coordinate the overlap and intersection activities between all contractors.
• Managing supervision team
• Review and audit the financial situation for all project.
• Review and control the time schedule, recovery & update plans.
• Review all variation orders according to the contract documents.
• Making the value engineering for the project.
• Participate all the meetings with the client and the contractors.
Working with ALFANAR PROJECTS DEVELOPMENT project management company ONE OF ALFANAR GROUP - RIYADH - KSA - as a Technical Manager.
My responsibilities were:
• Managing the design review team to review all design stages which were submitted by the consultants for Alfanar industrial city ( ceramic factory, metal factory, transformer factory, pre-cast factory, steel tanks factory, PVC factory and medium & high voltage cable factory with all the related infrastructure to serve the industrial city) and assure the deliverables from the consultants.
• Develop the design review guide line and the company manual.

A. A Project Coordinator for the Join venture with Hill International company for Al-Fateh university - Tripoli - Libya
My responsibilities were :
• Select the candidates to join ECH (interview and develop all the managerial procedures for joining.
• Managing & evaluate the performance of ECH team.
• Represent ECH and Join the meeting with project manager to evaluate ECH staff performance.
B. A Project Director for Swiss Attixs Grand Hotel executive apartments - Doha - Qatar.
The project is a hotel, 70 stories tower located at Doha.
The project manager is Hill international Co.
The operator is Swiss Attixs International Hotels - Switzerland.
The Owner is Tanmiyat Real Estate investment company.
C. A Technical Office Manager with the following responsibilities:
- Managing the technical office teams (QS, Specs Writers, cost estimates and Contract Administrators).
- Value Engineering for projects.
- Cost estimation for projects.
- Tender & contract Documents with clients and contractors.
