Reporting to EHS department manager•
Participating in preparation of Health and Safety documentation for new
projects
•
Attending the HSE Inspections with local authorities and progress
meetings with clients and consultants.
•
To ensure Project HSE legal register is maintained and compliance
evaluation reviews are completed
•
Provides technical support to project team on any safety related issues•
Participate in detailed incident investigation and root cause analysis•
Participating in updating, review and auditing of the Company ISO
procedures
•
To implement system as per ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS
18001:2007.
•
To evaluate / review work methodologies and prepare suitable and
sufficient risk assessment
•
To submit all HSE performance reports to Top Management•
Weekly meeting with Sub contractors Safety personnel in order to
maintain good safety culture in site
•
Addressing all the HSE related issues immediately raised•
Prepare & implement the Complete HSE requirements, plans and
procedures as per the project requirement
•
Preparation of monthly Green building documents•
Identify the training needs of project and provide accordingly•
Designing and delivering training courses on health and safety issues •
Conducting a weekly meeting with project staffs about achievements or
issues related to EHS in project.
Ensure compliance with all local legislation
Assist to develop, implement and monitor HSE Plan accordance with
company and client requirement.
• Perform site inspection and prepare inspection report for management.
• Review all the approved Method statement and arrange risk assessment
Maintain and update the Risk assessment register as per project requirement.
Update and maintain health and safety records and documentation as per
IMS standard.
Prepare training matrix and perform training need analysis to decide the
need of internal and external training and development in accordance to
the project policies and procedures.
• Providing Safety Induction & tool box training for all new comers
• Carrying out fire drills
• Continuous monitoring the sub-contractor related to H&S aspects
To ensure Project HSE legal register is maintained and compliance
evaluation reviews are completed & compliance with
Trakhees(Environmental, health & safety) Procedures
• Participating in JSA session

courses: IIPHS Institute of Fire Safety Management & Research Center-DODE IRCA approved Lead auditor for (ISO 45001:2018) Certified in NEBOSH (IGC) in Occupational Safety and Health. –Dubai-(2014) Accredited SARS holder from TRAKHEES EHS Accredited OSHAD Grade - A Practitioner Accredited Permit Holder – DP World Certified in (IOSH) Institution of Occupational Safety and Health Certified in Safety Media Courses(Risk Assessment, COSHH, Environmental Awareness)
