Leading plant quality department from May 2018 till now with the following responsibilities
 Manage the implementation of quality control/assurance systems and procedures throughout plant operations.
 Ensure that the laboratory is adequately equipped to perform the required tests at the appropriate degree of accuracy and frequency
 Coaches and provides constant feedback for the development and improved performance of quality personnel
 Allocate Quality budget plan according to the yearly production plan (AOP) and manage the execution for the plan through the operation.
 Manage the chemical control program and manage the consumption within quality budget plan.
 Ensure proper handling of consumer/customer complaints by the plant in accordance with company guidelines
 Develop/review all documents required by PI standards concerning quality systems and food safety and follow up on their applications.
 Ensure that an annual performance review is being conducted with all quality personnel
 Communicate quality performance and activities regularly to Plant Managers, Senior Quality Manager and other department heads
 Rollout food safety and quality systems to the plant and Upper Egypt DC's teams.
 Lead QAS, HACCP, ISO22000 and FSSC implementation.
 Provide initial and ongoing trainings regarding PI quality tools, GMP's and personnel hygiene to the entire plant and DC's employees and validate plant and DC's compliance.
 Follow the AIBI standards for quality systems and food safety through frequent auditing, corrective action plans and constant follow up in plant and DC's.
 Conduct internal audits in the plant and Upper Egypt DC's every month and assure related corrective actions are completely and accurately executed in a timely manner. He is also accountable to meet a company's annual target for food safety.
 Act as the owner for all quality systems and food safety audits in plant and DC's.
 Supervise the plant/DC's compliance regarding PI pest control requirements.
 Report on a monthly basis status of quality systems and food safety measures to the central quality team through CAP and scorecards.
 Monitor and control the foreign objects management program in all areas of the plant and monitor the monthly FM performance.
 Monitor and control Cat3 and Cat4 requirements compliance
 Coordinate to implement food safety CAPEX projects in collaboration with central quality
