Achieve individual target and be aware of store sales target.
Be aware of all services available and ensure all service policies are followed to provide customers with a consistent and global experience
Participate in stock take as required to ensure accurate counting of stock
Understand and effectively follow all point of sale procedures e.g. Global Refund, customer compliance, till procedures (cash handling, credit authorization, acceptance of cheques, exchanges, VAT procedures if applicable, etc)
Report all suspicious activity, cash or stock losses to the Asset and Profit Protection and store Management team
* Achieve individual target and be aware of store sales target.
* Be perceptive of customer’s needs, actively listening and showing enthusiasm for the product and brand.
* Proactively develop the sale by selecting an appropriate range of options for the customer, providing excellent product knowledge, overcoming objections and offering appropriate additional items (link selling).

* Actively participate in training sessions.
Providing information to customers to help them select the best products.
Identifying customers who need assistance on the shop floor.
Making sure the store is clean, tidy and safe at all times.
Identifying sales opportunities & trends & highlighting these to Sales Managers.
Using the GOLD System to get all the information about the stock movement in the store and during the inventory
