• Went on weekly checking patrols to inspect the health of equipment and
maintained their status.
• Operated and maintained the BMS system (Building Management System).
• Checked the conformity of proposed floor plants of new offices with the
actual electrical and mechanical grids laid out in the building before giving
the contractors the green light for floors segmentation.
