Making new contracts for employees and teachers.

• Making contracts for building.

• Assess the logistical needs of teams and individuals in ADEC and ensure all necessary services and arrangements are in place for the provision of these, in line with policies on logistic use and logistical budgets.

• Provide logistical support for all staff in ADEC including arranging the provision of office stationary, managing the ingoing and outgoing correspondence of ADEC and organizing all travel arrangements for employees as required.

• Assist in the investigation into suitable external service providers for logistics for ADEC ensuring providers chosen provide cost effective and efficient fulfillment of logistical needs.

• Monitor the effectiveness of providers of logistical services through feedback obtained from staff in ADEC and change providers if appropriate.

• Liaise with other Specialists in the Personnel Administration Section to communicate on special issues and coordinate the paperwork and staff notification of administrative requirements
