 Monitoring the day-to-day commercial performance of each account within a portfolio.
 Regularly liaising with existing clients locally and internationally to identify new business opportunities.
 Identifying new solutions to offer clients to extend our existing services.
 Progressive manage an opportunity pipeline, closing all possible opportunities to achieve a Gross Profit result in line with quarterly targets.

 Maintain strong relationship with all key clients
 Correctly and accurately forecasting the business
 Creative business development to find unique ways to grow the business with existing clients and providing solution to management in facing challenges
 Working with the other departments to facilitate customer corrugating orders.
 Working closely with all customer liaisons in providing excellent services to all key clients customers
 Preparing analytical report on weekly and monthly basses, quarterly target reports for Key accounts
 Prepare the retail segment budget along with the KSA director of Sales.
 Review progress versus objectives at weekly meetings and take corrective action as appropriate.
Ensure clear communication and adherence of pricing.
 Facilitate and provide packaging solutions.
 Following up on time delivery.
 Handling customer complains, and investigates with the involved departments.
 Following up manufacturing process.
 Assuring best service to satisfy customers.
 Complying with the Company’s Operating Policy.
