-Prepare budgets of the departments in the framework of the strategy determined by the ACC Financial Controller, then assume the steering and the monitoring of the budgets. (units sales, Parts and service)
-Manages the entity as an independent profit center
- Set annual objectives to the direct employees (Head of Sales, Head Of After Sales, Head Of marketing, Head Of Central Services)
-Ensure the achievement of market shares, turnover and Economic Result defined by C.E.O .
-Enhanced the sales operation and giving the support to get the big deals.
- Follow and share the performance indicators for the development of its business
- Contribute to the exchange of best practices with other network entities
- Promoting the company and participating in local economic or relational activities (Chamber of Commerce, various clubs ... )
- Complete all required reports required by C.E.O. and the Financial controller
- Market activity to enable ACC to respond to changing market conditions and customer demands
- Document sales, aftersales, rental progress and results and report to ACC C.E.O. and LMH Germany on a regular basis
- Supporting the product Manager to get the best prices and delivery from the suppliers
- Direct the managers throughout ACC/LMH to ensure high quality of the deliverables to maximize customer satisfaction levels.

negotiating the suppliers for the prices and deliveries for the demanded equipment.( skid loaders-bachoe loaders-compressors-telehandlers.)

making the market researches to add more products to our line.

provide the training for the sales force to update them with the new features and information about the products
