Liaise with Sodexo HR Director to discuss day-to day ICV activities, special attention to developing National workforce in the company.
Closely work with Human Resources Director for the timely completion of all formalities and procedures related to ICV and National Recruitment.
Responsible for representing the company in the concerned government departments as & when required.
Follow up on L&D activities, especially to National workforce and general administration in liaison with Training Manager

Implement training programs & Appraisal of training effectiveness
Assist in managing properties for clients, as well as bringing investors from Oman to invest in London and also to take an investment to London.
1- Mobile Operations (Handling all type of Camps, Rig, Government and Labor)
2- Plan direct, supervise and control operations.
3- Develop and maintain good working relationship with clients through regular contacts. Meeting the client's representatives during locations visits to develop cordial working relations and understanding.
4- Conduct regular meeting with the staff to share mutual concerns, work practices, improvement plans and to communicate company's policies, standards, objectives and other helpful information.
5- Ensure all location activities are carried out in compliance with the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management system.
6- Review and analyze operational results and figures on daily basis for better control and forecast. Monitor the operational costs to ensure they meet the budget set by the management.
7- Facility Management
Main objective to achieve set targets on monthly basis and develop business relationships.
Conducting phone calls with clients and respond to customer inquiries.
Visiting customers on a replanted schedule basis to widen connections network.
Conducting follow up visit to customers in order to present offers and preset prices in order to convince them and try to close it.
Preparing daily & weekly sales reports about sales activities and prospect clients and deliver to the Branch Manager and Sales Supervisor.
Following up offers and service updates through telecom, email and personal visits
• Passenger / customer care with meticulous attention to safety. Remaining vigilant to any potential hazards, health, safety and the comfort and well-being of passengers. Up-to-date on company safety issues.
• Attending meetings and undertaking specific office or ground duties as and when required.
• Assistant Cabin Manager on two flights: In charge of the back cabin, handling the entire bar paperwork. Received recognition accolade from my Team Performance Manager.
• Key skills gained: customer care / safety, first aid, tourism, sales, care of children and passengers with special needs, stock control, cash handling (currency exchange), balancing accounts, cabin management.
