• Led the design and deployment of an AI-powered chatbot (BMS Chatbot) using the OpenAI API and Microsoft Azure,
streamlining queries against a 6.6GB Regional Business Management System (BMS).
• Created a custom embedding framework to link user questions to relevant document sections, enabling real-time
access to critical files on responsibilities, processes, project initiation, and safety procedures.
• Built a specialized chatbot, the RFP Assistant, to accelerate the proposal process for the business development
(WinWork) team. Compare RFP content with a standard scope of work, highlighting feasible and non-feasible elements
for swift go/no-go decisions.
• Generates a rough draft response by pre-filling standard service offerings and boilerplate text, significantly reducing
proposal turnaround times and manual labor.
Sick Leave Prediction Model
• Processed and cleaned a 3.6M-row, 100-column (7GB) dataset with Python (scikit-learn), applying advanced data
cleansing and feature engineering.
• Developed a forecasting tool to predict employee sick leaves across multiple projects, enhancing cost and resource
estimations.

• Successfully completed all five certification courses offered by Dataiku Academy, demonstrating comprehensive
