* Join monthly supply planning meetings (S&OP) and discuss short- term and long-term gaps and mitigation plans.
* Involved with TQM (total quality management) projects for raw materials and finished goods stocks to make sure that the stock is optimized.
* Analyze production specifications and plant capacities data to determine manufacturing process, tools and human resource requirements.
* Create different types of reports regarding productivity, efficiency, utilization & breakdowns analysis.
* Participate in budget preparation and administration, monitors and controls expenditures.
* Plan and prepare production schedule for products to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates.
* Follow up new products with marketing, sales & engineering departments.
* Create bill of materials, routing and maintain production versions.
* Analyze sales forecast verses the lines capacities, inventories
availability & production schedules.
* Plan & create production & process orders for all lines.
* Run a monthly MRP (material requirements planning) for local & foreign materials using ERP (enterprise resource planning) system (SAP).
* Establish and execute the materials supply to support production plans.
* Monitor open orders with procurement department.
* Keep the material stocks at target stock level.
* Coordinate with warehousing team to manage the shipment
receiving.
* Co-ordinate people, product and equipment to ensure a safe, consistent, profitable and smooth running shift.
* Lead process and product improvement and new product development initiatives.
* Oversee the general running of the manufacturing facility which includes all activities on shift.
* Facilitates and assists in planning production activities.
* Responsible for more than 150 labor/shift.
* Helping Auto-desk products users to solve technical issues in the software.
* Providing them with the necessary training as an instructor.
* Making pilot projects to the companies using the software.
* Helping sales department to make a demonstration for the product to
the client.
