Work as VAS applications support Engineer :-
• Perform system performance & health checks activities to all servers (AIX, Solaris, Linux, and Windows) and check system resources.
• Troubleshooting for UNIX and Linux.
• Do shell scripts to automate tasks and edit crontab.
• Check memory utilized and performing systems routine backups.
• Handling tickets for HP open view and Siebel tickets system.
• Statistics monitoring on Hourly basis for all VAS systems (KPI)
• Monitor applications and services running on servers (AIX, Solaris, Linux, Windows server), such as MMS, MTV, MDSP, SMS, WAPGW, MMBOX.
• Monitoring all services using CML (command line) and through tools like I2000, LMT and OMC
• Performing the required troubleshooting.

• Check MNP numbers in database and insert them into Database if needed.
