Recruitment / Client Management

 Responsible for end-to-end recruitment.
 Understanding the job description set by the organization.
 Industry Mapping and Head Hunting.
 Sourcing the right applicant through various channels like existing database, job portals, and employee referrals & developing new channels of recruitment to ensure adequate manpower.
 Selecting the prospective candidates as per the requirement of the employer.
 Salary negotiations.
 Developing new channels of recruitment to ensure adequate manpower.
 Conducting the preliminary telephonic interview to analyze candidate's qualifications for determining their suitability to match the business requirement, understanding their competencies, interest towards the job, applicant's technical skills & making them understand their roles & responsibilities.
 Arranging technical interview as per client's direction & candidate's availability.
 Interaction with the HR/Hiring Managers.
 Maintaining a comprehensive database of all professionals with various skill sets.

Business Development

 Development of new and existing client base
 Develop and prepare presentations for prospective clients.
 Follow up regular meetings with both active and prospective clients.
 Monitor and analyze current market conditions for clients.

Employee Engagement

 Conducting various activities such as Star of the month, Birthday parties, Festival Celebration Arrangements, Weekend Events etc.
