1. Perform annual inspection plan and supervise the implementation of El-Qara’a & LPG And
LTS static equipments as (tanks, heaters, heat exchangers, treatment towers, pressure vessel
and separators) .
2. Perform annual inspection plan and supervise the implementation of LPG And LTS rotating equipment’s as ( pumps, coolers and compressors ) . 3. Review corrosion monitoring and cathodic protection system report. 4. Inspect off shore platforms facilities . 5. Review non destructive testes activities including UT & RT. 6. Supervise painting and coating application. 7. Review material failure analysis studies. 8. Prepare required inspection reporting. 9. Participate in plane daily activity meeting. 10. Review and approve material request for the inspection department.
11. Perform the vibration measurements, analysis and diagnostic for all rotary machines vibration problems and put necessary action to solve problem .
12. Uses all condition monitoring devices of IRD, DLi and CSI companies
13. Inspection piping, piping coating and painting 14. Perform the cathodic protection measurements, analysis and diagnostic for all cathodic
protection systems and put necessary action to solve problem . 15. Inspection oil and water storage tanks . 16. Perform the approval testing of welders .
17. Checking fit up of the joint before start welding operation as per the detailed drawing (root
gap, bevel angle, surface mismatch) .
18. Checking fit up of the joint before start welding operation as per the detailed drawing (root

19. Checking welder facilities and tools needed for welding .
20. Checking electrode type, size & record of batch number .
21. Preliminary visual inspection of joints after welding .
22. Dimensional check during assembly and after completion of assembly .
23. Perform the in service inspection for tanks, heaters, vessels and pipelines (Visual inspection, thickness measurements, NDT, hydrostatic tests, leak test, vacuum box and painting) .
24. Follow up the inspection required of cranes and lifting gears .
25. Verify material (like Drilling tubes) Using positive Material Identification (PMI) XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence) .
26. Perform inspection of pressure vessels design and standard (ASME Code). 27. Perform inspection plan and supervise the implementation of El-Qara’a & LPG And LTS static equipment’s By RBI according to API 580 & 581 .

2 Perform the required corrective, predictive and preventive maintenance for turbo-compressors
for Nuovo Pignone gas turbines type PGT5, PGT10. Perform the required overhauling and inspection according to the manufacture instructions and specifications for Nouvo Pignone gas turbines. 3 Perform the required corrective, predictive and preventive maintenance for Gas Compressors perform the required overhauling
and inspection according to the manufacture instructions and specifications . 4
Perform the required corrective, predictive and preventive maintenance for air Compressors perform the required overhauling and
inspection according to the manufacture instructions and specifications . 5
Perform the required corrective, predictive and preventive maintenance for Turbo-Expander Perform the required overhauling and inspection according to
the manufacture instructions and specifications . 6 Perform the required corrective, predictive and preventive maintenance for pump perform the required
overhauling and inspection according to the manufacture instructions and specifications . 7 Diagnose & analysis all faults and malfunction trouble shooting and break downs problems
and put the recommended procedures and modification necessary to solve the problems. 8 Manufacture instructions and specifications for all centrifugal and reciprocating (single and
multi-stages) gas compressors
