•Responsible for all material requirements for ARMA Group such as (Oils commodity, Tin plates, Chemicals, PET)
•Following oil Stock Exchange prices and daily news to book the required Quantities in the suitable time with the best price.
•Provided Assistant in the costing of finished products according with the current market situation.
•Following and conducting sales plan and target achieving.
•Coordinate with manufacturing dept in the structuring the formula which using for finished products.
•Sourced and negotiated pricing for 50 items with an annual purchased value of $250 million.
•Negotiate and prepare the new contracts for bulk cargo with the forwarders.
•Responsible for all the Machinery, Spare parts and tools orders either local or foreign.
•Following discharging process for the incoming vessels
•Facilitate and Coordinate customs clearance with the logistics.
•Utilization of space in sites and factory.
•Managing and Following inventory levels for all the materials.
•Evaluating suppliers according to the company policy and their performance.
•Following claims with insurance and suppliers in case of shortage or specifications.
•Familiar with FOSFA Rules and NIOP Rules.

•Prepare the annual forecast for the component to be sent to our suppliers
•Review the purchase requisitions coming from material planning
•Review & sign Purchase orders
•Controlling purchase orders follow up procedures until the goods come to our factory in the required date to avoid any shortage in production
•Participate cost saving meetings to determine the cost saving plan for the new year according to company policy
•Coordinate with other departments (Engineering, Quality & Production) in qualifying the new supplier according to company policy.
•Facilitate and Following clearance procedures with clearing DEPT.
•Coordinate with material DEPT. for achieving the planed turns over for the component.
•Negotiating the freight rates with the shipping lines & forwarders to obtain the best service with the best price.
•Inventory management through Schedule in and Schedule out to control the flow of materials.
•Evaluate the performance at the end of the year.
• Responsible for all the Machinery, Spare parts and tools orders.
•Comparing and confirming Specs and drawing for all MRO order.
• Issuing Special Contracts for the Equipments and Machinery.

• Handling Import & Export shipments from A-Z (including correspondences, L/Cs and banking documentation, shipping lines, custom clearance.
• Well experienced in Export Marketing, import activities, Bank, Customs, Shipping & Logistics & Liaison with the Factories for Production, Planning
• Supervising all foreign purchasing correspondences, negotiations with foreign suppliers, L/Cs procedures, drafts and Letters of Guarantee, Booking containers for export orders, arranging shipping documents for export orders, follow up with shipping documents from foreign suppliers.
• Arranging for yearly Contracts with Freight Forwarders.
• Delivery Schedule follow-up, other Commercial & Logistics activities and also Import activities, L/C, clearances and dispatches, purchase, materials handling etc.
• Organizing export procedures and documentation.
