Assisting in merchandising of the store and day to day appearance of boutiques in line with the

• Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs are answered in a
timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards.
• Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue
• Participating in regular inventories and stock replenishment requests according to guests needs
• Ensuring Store opening and closing procedures are adhered to: Cash handling, Invoicing, handling of
discount and timely sales reporting.
• Handling business calls into the store from other stores, customers and head office.
• Executing store operational needs including customer complaints whenever the store manager is
out.
