•Specially Familiar with the verification & thorough examination of Elevators,
Escalators & Window Cradles BMU, Lifting Gears and Equipments (Chain block,
Forklift, Mobile and Overhead Cranes) as per client requirements.
• Undertaking inspection & testing works in accordance with BSEN standards.
• Planning, inspection, load testing and certification of elevators and various lifting
equipments in line with BS, LEEA, LOLER & PUWER.
• Responsible for the lifting equipment inspection activities as per the established
inspection procedures, checklists and work instructions as per the standards.

• Responsible for making report & certifications on the basis of the inspection and
testing.
• Reporting to technical manager after the completion of certification
Responsible for Site Installation Engineer and making drawing for mechanical work for the elevators and made regular inspection of operation.
I can rectify the problem of how can I reduce vibration in traction machine? And how can I reduce the heat in machine and load test.
I know How can I fix PTC in traction machine.
Arrange manpower and tools for required job sites.
Read and interpreted blueprints, diagrams, sketches and job specification.
Secure anchor bolts or weld brackets to support counter and car rail, frame work and verified alignment with plumb bob and level.
Prepares material and labour estimate.
Secure the each floor of height and width dimension in entrance frame.
Check the each floor correct level of car sill and landing sill.
Check the pit depth and over head in a drawing sheet.
Check the correct dimension of main rope holes and governor rope holes in a machine room.
Check the correct center dimension of main sheave center to divertion sheave using plumb bob.
Secure the counter and car rail DBG and counter and car rail diagnol.
Check the running clearance in each floor.
Check the travelling cable clearance.
Check the jam post twist.
Check the landing sill and car sill twist.
Check the clearance of buffer spring to car bottom plate in a drawing sheet.
And check the clearance of buffer spring to counter frame bottom in a drawing sheet.
Start up the elevators in slow speed after checking the parameters in the machine.
Guide the technician for their daily assignment.
