Create cost forecasts, schedules, management plans, and critical action plans to achieve project commitments
● Deploy, implement, and manage Prolog® cost-control system in head office and across projects
● Prepare financial report and earned value analysis using Prolog® Manager; coordinate across teams for accurate and current job reporting
● Lead budget review, creative revised budgets, and schedule baseline with engineering, technical, and project team
● Oversee preparation of associated financial reports including cash flow projections and earned value analysis
● Evaluate and approve purchase orders and sub-contract agreements to assure consistency with the budget
● Obtain and modify cost coding structures
● Coordinate with key members of project team to ensure standards, policies, and procedures are complied with in every project
● Review the subcontractors interim payments
▪ Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
▪ Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
▪ Responsible for managing all project costs from pitch to completion. Undertaking costs analysis for building projects.
▪ Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors.
▪ Contact vendors and subcontractors to ask their quotations.
▪ Evaluate subcontractors’ proposals.
▪ Build relationship with customers, consultants and vendors.
▪ Preparing tender and contract documents.
▪ Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes.
▪ Monitors Progress periodically and Compare it with base line and provide solutions.
▪ Perform a variety of cost engineering functions including cost control using earned value management (EVM) methodology, budget preparations, forecasting, and cost reporting under limited supervision.
▪ Reviewing cost commitment and expenditure information (for all cost elements), for input to the computerized cost control and reporting system on a weekly basis.

Execute the scope of the Project as per the approved specifications and technical submittal agreed with the main contractor and consultants.
Monitor and control execution of project all associated costs such as labor man hour, accessories and equipment.
Resolve issues by attending meetings with the contractors & consultants on a regular basis or as and when required.
Ordering materials as per the approved technical submittals.
Ensuring on time ordering and delivery to meet the project schedules.
Supervise the concrete construction and finishing works.
Provide assistance to and maintain co-ordination between all engineers.
Test the soil & write reports concerning its properties and the recommendations.
