Plans and prepares production schedules for manufacture of industrial or commercial products. Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.The Production Scheduler is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the Company’s production schedule at its main production facility. This position will be responsible for effective communication of production plans between Project Management, Purchasing, Production Supervision, Shipping and In-house Installation Team.Production Scheduler will lead reviews of incoming jobs for production needs and assure departments are providing required information in a timely basis to properly schedule production through the plant.This position will coordinate with purchasing to assure timely order and receipt of materials required for production while coordinating work flow and ensuring timely job movement between production floor. The Production Scheduler will be responsible for providing Operations Manager with accurate production plans and updates and results to achieve on-time shipments.
