- setup the delivery Schedule with customers.
- prepare ongoing shipments reports.

- Follow up booking, loading, custom procedures, bank (L/C) & documents.
- Troubleshoot all issues of Loading, customs, documents till release in port of discharge also monitor the shipments till Final Deliveries.
- Monitoring Warehouse Storage situation.
- follow up inbound and outbound processes.

- arrange the freight bookings of the shipments.
- checking the shipping documents.
- follow up with the clerance team.
- update the ongoing shipments daily report.
- check the shipments delivery status.
- ensure issuance of the shipping documents in proper time.
- updates accounts department with the shipments costs and expenses.
