Regional Quality Assurance Manager, External Manufacturing, Home Care and Personal Care sectors EMEA Europe, Middle East, and Africa (UK, France, Belgium, Poland, Italy, Spain, Germany, UAE United Arab Emirates, Lebanon, Egypt, South Africa, and Nigeria).
Working within a cross-regional team as P&G Quality Assurance Manager leading Europe, Middle East & Africa region for Contract Manufacturing (CM) sites, ensuring these sites meets P&G quality standards. Working with a range of product groups including Beauty Care, Hair Care, Fabric & Home Care, Feminine Care, and Baby Care.
EMEA "Europe, Middle East, and Africa" Quality Assurance Manager
• Strategic Assessment of potential new contract manufacturers and nominate to the business.
• Develop and build the capability of the selected contract manufacturer to meet P&G Standards.
• Ensure hygiene design compliance and Risk mitigation.
• Ensure Regulatory compliance.
• Lead Quality Assurance audits (IRCA ISO 9001:2015 Certified Lead Auditor, and P&G Lead auditor according to P&G QA Standard).
• Lead with R&D and Operations start-up and validation process.
• Approval of all new products, packaging, and Raw materials specifications, Manufacturing and packing Instructions Standards and BOM "Bill of Materials".
• Train new Contract manufacturers staff on Quality Assurance relevant systems and standards.
• Lead complaints and failures investigation process with the team and set respective CAPA " Corrective Actions Preventive Actions".
• Define Quality objectives, KPIs " Key Performance Indicators".
• Monthly reporting of Regional Quality Score Card for all sites under my responsibility to cluster QA Director.
• Work with Project Team on developing and execution of project plan / CPS "Critical Path Schedule".
• Lead new initiatives.
• Participate in VSM " Value Stream Mapping" Process led by Operations.
• Regional leader of Validation system, change control system, and Quality Audits system

QA Role MEA (regional role)
In addition to what is mentioned above;
• Lead and manage external manufacturing organization in terms of Quality Assurance.
• Responsible for both making and packing P&G products.
• Provide coaching and training to ensure compliance to P&G Quality Management System.
• Led Validation exercises, pre line trials and experimental orders on new products.
Technical Packaging MEA (regional role)
• Looking after technical Packaging aspects across MEA for at contract manufacturers sites.
• Developing technical specifications, new Packaging materials qualifications.
• Own new suppliers' qualification process including localization projects.
• Lead packaging materials qualification process.
• Perform loss analysis and lead cost saving projects.
Production & Logistics Quality Assurance - Operational Quality
• Leading P&G Cairo Plant Logistics QA.
• Leading Cairo Plant Bar Soap Factory QA.
• Leading P&G Cairo Plant QRL "Quality Related Losses" Elimination.
• Lead Cairo Plant Quality Factors system.
• Plant QA auditor.
• Leading Cairo Plant SQM (Shelf Quality Measure) System.
• P&G Six Sigma trainer and owner.
• P&G Plant Quality Incident Elimination Trainer and owner.
• UPS "Unified Problem solving" Technique trainer.
• Manage Customer complaint system.
• Product Quality measure (defect rate measuring).
• Create and manage Process control strategy.
• Responsible for Internal Audits.
• Material quality system.
• Assess new potential external warehouses and nominate to business.
• Ensure the compliance of selected warehouses with P&G standards.
• Apply Warehouse Quality Management Systems to the current and new warehouses.
Manage QC Team.
* Manage new initiatives.
* Apply QA Standards & GLP " Good Laboratory Practices" standards in Lab.
* Dealing with nonconformities in production, Lab control systems, Lab Equipment, Finished Product &
Starting Materials release system.
* Consumer Complaints system.
* Lab HS&E (Health, safety and Environment).
