- Present reports on training participants, graduates and alumni
- Assist with tracking participant development and employer satisfaction during and after the training program
- Write analytical memos and progress reports
- Assist with writing detailed reports on key issues and progress, measured against project milestones
- Monitor compliance with EFE-Tunisie criteria
- Apply EFE’s Internal Monitoring & Evaluation System to collect feedback from key stakeholders, including beneficiaries, employer partners and supervisors, and trainers
- Analyze data collected through EFE’s M&E System and produce program reports
- Report on alumni network and M&E activities, including producing case studies and beneficiary quotes
- Monitoring and Evaluation Plan Development for the Tunisian American Enterprise Fund (TAEF):
- Formalization of a procedure manual for ALIOS Finance
- Formalization of a procedure manual for DAR ZARROUK Hotel and restaurant
- Support AEROLIA (Aeronautic firm) for joining the national “Programme de Mise à Niveau”
-Plan, implement and monitor PAEI community stabilization component to be carried out under the project in Tunisia, in accordance with GIZ standards and procedures as well as donor requirements (BMZ)
- Lead and direct projects of work, ensuring that associated delivery teams are managed effectively to achieve required outcomes to time, budget and quality.
- Establish the delivery plan for the projects managed, focusing on the effective coordination of related work streams, ensuring they are achieve the required business outcomes
- Assist in maintaining accurate and timely monitoring and evaluation, ensuring that all activities are properly tracked and providing detailed analysis as required
- Coordinate with the programs and finances departments to timely assess and respond to funding gaps
- Contribute to establishing and/or maintaining strategic and technical partnerships with relevant Government entities, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders to promote PAEI community stabilization and management activities
- In coordination with the PAEI Project Officer, identify new program and project possibilities in Tunisia, taking into account identified needs, expressed government interests, and donors’ priorities, and in line with GIZ mandate and strategy
- Develop and implement Public - Private Partnership projects (PPP projects)
- Develop and implement a dynamic fundraising and outreach strategy
- Design, plan and facilitate trainings and events on PAEI related topics
- Represent PAEI at relevant seminars and meetings, as well as other events aimed at promoting GIZ image and activities, as required;
