- Plan and execute environmental internal audits and external audits for subcontractors according to ISO 14001.
- Support the company’s management team in developing, implementing, and continually improving the environmental management system.
- Regular reporting to line management, and corporate function.
- Support management to ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental authorization permits, and necessary requirements.
- Liaison with authorities and other stakeholders regarding environmental management.

- Implementation of EBRD performance requirements on site.
- Support management and project teams to achieve company HSSE objectives, and KPIs and drive continual improvement initiatives.
- Plan and execute HSSE internal audits and external audits for subcontractors according to ISO 45001.
- Support the company’s management team in developing, implementing, and continually improving the HSSE management system.
- Regular reporting to line management, and corporate function.
- Support management to ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental authorization permits, and necessary requirements.
- Liaison with authorities and other stakeholders regarding HSSE management.

Responsibilities in brief.:
- All EHS& -related supervision work and documentation on-site and remotely.
- EHS training regarding plans, procedures, and drills for the staff, students, and visitors.
- On-site lead auditor.
- Supervise and mentor EHS officers through training sessions, workshops, and field walkthroughs.
- Organize, and attend investors, clients, and board meetings.
- Deliver the daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Run through investigation and incident reports.

Responsibilities in brief.:
- All EHS-related work and documentation during the O&M (Operation & Maintenance) phase of 3 solar power plants 60MW each at Benban Solar Park.
- Perform daily site patrols and security checkups, attendance, CCTV, etc. Prepare site entry lists.
- Create, organize, and maintain PTWs. Daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Checklists (vehicles, heavy machinery, fire extinguishers, equipment, PPE, facility welfare, warehouse, water, wastewater, normal waste, hazardous waste).
- Prepare and distribute MSDS in designated areas across the site, maintain and observe (material/hazardous material) storage areas.
- Conduct, organize, and maintain (air, noise, water) tests through designated channels.
- Management of drinking, domestic, construction, and waste water.
- Management of normal, hazardous waste.
- Accomplish daily, weekly, and monthly social reports. Social checklists (on-site, staff accommodation, transportation), grievances, complaints, public interactions, and social activities.
- Attend, manage, and smash audit findings, and highlights conducted by IFC (International Finance Corporation).
- Create, implement, and maintain a corrective action plan (CAP) for any non-compliance.
- Execute emergency, evacuation, fire, and environmental drills.
- Perform daily TBT, and morning exercises for all the staff. Monthly training for the staff, security personnel, and workers.
- Perform Safety induction for newcomers and visitors.
- Participate in project EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment).
- Carry out site internal and external audits according to ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 for example workers camps and related site facilities.
- Developing, reviewing, managing, and implementing project ESMPs (Environmental Safety Managing Plans).
