My job role is receiving customers's cars and listen to their complains clearly and sharing them their complains and write up everything they said and check car’s history on the system to know what was done before then i go with them to check car and their complains then i try to give them first estimate and primary promise date, then I send job card to control room, after i follow up cars inside workshop and updating customers till i deliver the cars . Also after deliver the cars i follow up customers asking about their cars and if they have any more concerns and about our service so by this way i reach customer satisfaction and i increase and improve company's income . From other side I try to sale more parts and accessories and extended warranty which increase the income for company

My job role is receiving job card from control room and start knowing the complain About what then I check the car to find the problem, first by connecting it to laptop to see if any DTC found then I check car itself to find the problem to decide which parts need to replace, after fixing the car I test the car to be sure that the complain was solved and can be delivered to the customer furthermore I check job card and be sure that the technician wrote up what he did to be clear to service advisor to explain to customer what was done in his car .-
