Enters payroll transactions and related data, completes appropriate forms to adjust wage/salary account funds or to correct. Reviews, analyzes and verifies payroll reports and documents for accuracy, makes necessary adjustments or corrections through journal entries or other established procedures.

Issue the employment contracts.
Handle company recruitment process (Screen, filter & conduct Phone screening
interviews).
Responsible for recruitment for Sales, Retail positions
Responsible for preparing job offer, contracts and hiring documents
Handle the on boarding of new employees.
Handle the resignation of existing employees and their proper and on-time
replacement.
Maintains personnel files and keeps employee records up-to-date by processing
employee status changes in timely fashion.
Give training and orientation to all new employees.
Prepares paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel
file.
Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on Website, reviewing resumes,
performing telephone interviews and reference checks.
Contact candidates for interview and manage interview timings.
Follow up with candidates.
Prepare necessary documents and contracts.
Provides training for new and current employees on communication systems, including
telephone and email.
Make sure company policies are well implemented.
