1- To ensure implementation of all Marketing & Public Relations related policies and
procedures and adhere to Company and Hotel Policies & Procedures and Graphic
Standards.
2- To cooperate, in close conjunction with the Director of Sales in the implementation of
all Policies & Procedures specific to Communications function so as to create a strong
external corporate image and adhere to Company and Hotel Policies & Procedures.
3- To implement, maximize, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s objectives, strategies for
public relations and Marketing, so as to support the Objectives set in the Annual
Marketing Plan.
Handle planning and execution of overall corporate communications, advertising & promotions, event management, PR and media relations activities for the Company.
1- Develop the annual marketing plan in conjunction with Mall Director.
2- Develop the annual events plan in conjunction with Mall Director.
3- Manage the Marketing Department Budget, Delivery of all marketing & event activity within agreed budget and direction of marketing staff where budgets are allocated.
4- Approach multinational & local organizations to sponsor First Mall according to Mall Sponsorship policy.
5- Creating joint - Promotion Programs with potential Sponsors, Non-profit organization and shop tenants.
6- Liaise between the company and Advertising Agencies, Decoration Suppliers and Printing houses.
7- Manage achievement of frequent, timely and positive media coverage for First Mall and its programs across all available media.
