• Planned, scheduled, organized, directed, controlled, and evaluated construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget.
• Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
• Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes.
• Negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Define and implement project plans according to the contract terms, clients needs, and schedule through project planning, execution, and closeouts.
• Provide hands-on project management and actively supervise the project, deliverables, dependencies, and outcome of assigned projects to ensure projects are on schedule and budget.
• Negotiate contracts and collaborate with sub-trades, vendors, and architects as required.
• Conduct regular Project Status Meetings with clients and attend & chair weekly job meetings.
• Prepare and verify progress payments to clients, and subcontractors and monitor progress.
• Submit project estimates to clients and submit change orders.
Toronto Raptors Practice & Training Facility The Project consists of a new practice and training facility to be constructed at Exhibition Place. The Facility program totals approximately 55, 000 sf. of finished space, including a team parking area situated under the Facility. The Skelton is combination of Concrete /Steel .The Facility will consist of 2 full size courts, weight room, and therapy and administration areas. It will also include a locker room, video replay viewing space, a full service kitchen and lunch room as well as storage spaces.

• Assisting the Project Manager and Superintendent in project administration and field work
• Worked alongside and regularly communicate with owners, architects, contractors and engineers
