This position defines the overall Cisco contact center solutions and all mandatory integrations according to customer requirements.
- Conduct customer need analysis.
- Provide project Scoping.
- Provide advice on project costs.
- Design concepts and changes.
- Communicate with stuff and clients to understand specific system requirements.
- Develop system engineering, system integrations and distributed system architecture.
- Provide technical guidance & Support for the development/ troubleshooting of systems.
- Document designs specifications, installations and configurations instructions and other system related information.
- Collaborate with engineers and software developers to select appropriate design to ensure the compatibility of system components.

Install, configure and maintain contact center solutions for the university, data communication network, physical and virtual servers. Perform system monitoring and verify and integrity and the availability of hardware, network, server resources and systems.
- Administrate the contact center and related computing environments including: Hardware, operating system, application and all configurations.
- Perform data backup and disaster recovery operations.
- Install and upgrade software and apply licenses.
- Assist in networking modeling, analysis and planning.

Replace all Nortel systems to Cisco systems for the company’s
multi international clusters
- Integrating Cisco Unified communication manager (8.5&9.1) with Nortel CS1000.
- Route the calls to branches through NRS (Network Routing Service).
- Implement Smart Village Cisco Unified communication manager 9.1, Cisco Unity & Cisco Presence, Lync Microsoft and TEHO between all branches.
- Supported upgrade and administration for the following Cisco Equipment:
o Cisco Unified communication manager 8.5 & 9.1, Cisco Call Manager Express, Cisco Unity (Voice Mails), Cisco Presence, Cisco Enterprise License Manager and VMware ESXI 5.0 on UCS Server C220 (VSphere client)

Develop solutions to complex applications’ problems, system
administrations issues, system management and integrations
functions. - Available on request.
- Replace Microsoft exchange to google apps.
- Implement VPI Recording systems in different customer environments.
- Integrate Microsoft Lync with Cisco collaboration.
