Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Quantity take-off, Recapitulation of BOQ.
2 - Preparation of Payment applications.
3- Valuation of Variations/new rates and preparation of BOQ to get certified from Consultant.
4- Prepare and Monitor the Project Financial Budget, Project update reports, and project cash flow forecasts as requested by Management.
5- Rate analysis of the work items.
6- Reconciliation of Materials.
7- Cost valuation of the project.
8- Updating progress report in Weekly and Monthly basis.
9- Monthly financial reports and project cash-flow charts.
10- Floating inquiries /Technical RFI during Pre & Post Stage for BOQ items, drawings, relevant work spec to subcontractors and analyse returned offers to ensure compliance with contract specification and at optimized cost.
11- Prepare Subcontracts Agreements, Main Contract Documents, Bill of Quantities with incorporating drawings and specifications based on the company standard format of contracts documents.
12-Verify sub-contractor’s payments and Supplier’s Invoices.
13- Preparation of claims for Extension of time. Quantify variations as per revised drawings, specifications and follow-up with consultants, subcontractors, project managers.
14- Tender studies and cost valuation for bidding of the projects.
15-Advice and solve the contractual issues.
16- Knowledge and practice in following FIDIC, JCT, CESMM-3 and SMM7 for the projects
17- Prepare project close out documentation such as but not limited to close out report, statement of final account, others.
