Ensure Data entry is completed daily and Keep Recording in Mining Training Matrix.
 Make sure of receiving daily production figures and input and report generated for Mining
Engineers to check.
 Complete daily figures received.
 Prepare Monthly Time sheet.
 Submit the monthly Time sheet to HR department, with Keeping Updated Roster for the
Crews and, submitting Approved Leaves Applications to HR with keeping a copy of each.
 Mining Personnel Pay Roll.
 Provide support for Training section
 Provide support for presentations for training which also include PowerPoint presentations
and other procedural requirements.
 Induct personnel for all Mining roles and other departments requiring access into the
active mining area.
 Manage the Mining drivers licenses and coordinate record keeping and testing for this
with updates on expired or renewing of licenses.
 Maintain a Database of hours of training for Operators as well as their Operational status
with their competency levels on each equipment.
