Meet representative of companies to Update prices, Quality and stocks information.
Scanning market to recognize new items and recent trends and prices
Buying General items for office and administration purposes
Liaising with stores for requisitions
Analyses divergences in consumption and Prepare ratio management reports
Have full control on the sequence of all PR & PO
Handling the bank requirements (LC) related to the orders placed
Ensure compliance with the payment terms
Coordinating with Cost control and receiving for items received and prices
Coordinating with accounting for float replenishment
Maintaining good relations with suppliers
Searching for more than one supplier for each major item
Making analysis for suppliers and prices
Receive samples, goods and supplies
following up with suppliers for new order
Handling price quotations monthly
Handling FF&E orders. summaries, and price quotations
Following pending items with suppliers
