Participated in "The Quest" which is Unilever’s first ever cross university, cross country competition across North Africa & Middle East. And was selected from the top 15 teams that was escalated to the semi-final stage (Country Talent Championship) in Egypt. I worked with my teammates at this stage on a real-life business case addressing existing business challenges, which tested our knowledge for business, and also taught us along the process.
Quality assurance department working on Implement presses flow chart for understanding the process we currently use and ask what is expected of us; what should we be doing to provide better customer focus and satisfaction. It will identify what best practices we need to incorporate and find appropriate benchmarks for measuring how we can arrive at better ways of communicating our services.
- Role: Worked within a team of five members from different engineering departments on a case study concerning Ducts Cleaning Systems.
- Delivered three proposals with seven innovative ideas for the case study at Fabric and Home Care Scheme.
- After selecting two solutions, presented the final outcomes to the regional project manager and to the global process engineer leader of P&G through an online conference.
- The team recommended companies to implement the solution in more than 50 plants across the world.
