My job description is:-
-Overseeing the implementation of international standards and specifications
-Standardizing the processes by Issuing new reports, work instructions and/or procedures
-Lead Prado Egypt to achieve BSCI (Business social compliance initiative) certification
-Lead Prado Egypt to achieve ISO 9001:2015 certification for Quality Management System
-Lead Prado Egypt to achieve ISO 14001:2015 certification for Environmental management system
-Lead Prado Egypt to achieve OHSAS 18001:2007 certification for Occupational Health and safety management systems
-Handling of customers comments, complains and analyzing the data to find problems root cause
-Development of policies, processes, work instructions and procedures
-Lead, implement and follow up of lean events such as 5S and Standard Work
-Applying Continuous improvement using data analysis (monthly, quarterly, semiannually & annually reports)
-Health and safety manager
-Internal supervision & hygiene dep. manager
