1-Contacts assigned customer accounts or key accounts prospects (Government, semi-Gov. companies and large scale private sector).
2-Focuses on sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships, and troubleshooting specific customer problems (if required).
3-Provides sales force training service and monitors resulting performance.
4-Supports the sales team in improving sales processes and driving sales force efficiency.
5-Visits consultants to obtain information on products specified for upcoming projects, and makes sure that ABB products got specified.
6- Visits MEP contractors, consultants, OEM, Panel builders and project managers to present technical information in order to generate orders.
7-Monitoring the monthly forecasts to the actual for exceeding or for achieving the stipulated team targets. Introduces measures for corrective actions if needed (action plan).

1- Identify projects and working with appropriate consultants and customers (Contractors and End Users).
2-Account Manager for ABB Francis.
-Isolating Switch-Disconnectors.
3-Selling the products for Schneider Electric (France) &LS-Industrial Supplies (LG), KOREA.
-Distribution Boards-Sub-Main Boards-Switch Gears &MV-Panels.
-Telemechanique protection devices.
4-Archiving of all documents relating to work, whether paper or electronic using CRM program.
5- Developing and maintaining relations with customers.
6- Preparing and following up on quotations and technical proposals.
7- Meet the consultants to take the approvals for projects.
8- Coordinating with suppliers.
9-Monitoring competition and market conditions.
10- Sales reporting.
11-Dealing and supporting the customers with the following items in one of leading -Electrical Supplies Companies in Qatar.

1-Working as a Technical support and Sales engineer for 1-EMAS”Egyptian Manufacturing & Advanced System”, member of EL_SEWEDY Industries.
2-EMAS manufactures (Type-Tested) MV&LV panels under license from SIEMENS.
3-It is manufacturing Medium Voltage Switchgears up to24KV”SIMOPRIME Type”&Low Voltage Switchgears up to7400A”SIVACON Type”. All products are according to IEC and SIEMENS Standards.
4-I’m responsible of reviewing the Technical&Commercial offers, after coming from the technical office.
- Work as a Protection &Testing engineer at a leading company responsible for “Sub-Station” testing& commissioning works, we are sub-contractor for (Siemens-Ltd, ABB-Ltd, Schneider-Ltd)
- Make the testing &commissioning all over Sub-Station panels.
- We worked as sub-contractor with Siemens-Ltd via SEC-CSD and SAUD-Consultant at various sub-stations \[Al Rehab (110/13.8Kv)-Al Bawadi (110/13.8Kv)\], located in "Jeddah", with cooperation with leading companies \[AlFanar-Quality Makers\].
- Have training and know how to deal with various electrical equipments belongs to sub-stations testing \[Firega-KIGG (for Relay testing), C.B analyzer, T3000 (for CT-VT and PT testing), Megger, and Hi-Pot (for high voltage testing)\].
- Worked as sub-contractor with Schneider-Ltd at "Hassad S/S Project (33/13.8Kv)" with "JANA Co." at Al Jubail industrial zone.
- Worked as sub-contractor with Siemens-Ltd at "AL FAHDILI S/S (380/280Kv)" with witnessing of SEC at "Al Kharasanya" road.
- Perform all protection activities like:(13.8Kv Scheme&33Kv Scheme check-SOER Internal, External scheme check, also updated programmed points in SOER point list-VT's &CT's testing-CB testing-all Control room contents testing \{ABTS-Load Shedding-RTCC-Sync. Panel...\} all-over "AD-DARB S/S (33/13.8Kv)-Siemens instruments", Worked as sub-contractor with "ALMASHARIQ Co.", with witnessing of SEC-SOE.
- Prepare all test sheets that belongs to all tested panels.
-Automatic Control &Maintenance Technical Support Engineer in (MPS).
-Troubleshooting for all digitally automated controlled equipments.
-Supervising of all maintenance tasks for all the above items sharing with the Egyptian Ministry of Water
