• Responsible for the operation, storage and shipping of production coming of three production lines (slitting line and two cut to length lines).
• Initiating, technically evaluate and technically receive production spare parts and tools.
• Maximizing production lines availability through executing maintenance strategies (predictive and preventive).
• Achieving minimum production costs through accurate budget estimation, preparations and optimization through year.
• Implementing company strategies through a yearly business plan for the plant.
• Minsets improvement for technicians and supervisors by executing refreshment & development trainings.
• Ensuring the implementation of Standard operating practice (SOP) and ISO 9001 and 14001 standards in plant.
• Executing yearly evaluation for the performance of 50 technicians.
• Playing in a matrix team with colleagues from quality, safety, planning, purchasing, and construction departments in order to keep the plant running and improving its results
