Working at MSC (Mohamed Saqqaf Consultants) as Senior Mechanical Engineer Consultant leading the mechanical dept. team responsible for all of mechanical work design and supervision at many projects inside Holy Makkah and Jeddah (HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing) (From Dec.2014 till present).


-Working as a mechanical consultant at Makkah Hotel (Owner Abdullah Al Rajhi) (Hilton Double Tree Specs) with total building up area 55, 000 m2 (512 Rooms).

-Working as a mechanical consultant at (Al-Sherif: Mansour Abu Rayash) hotels:
- Al-Henawy Hotel with total building up area 15, 000 m2
(196 Rooms).
- Al-Safa Hotel with total building up area 30, 000 m2
(450 Rooms).
- Princess Sheikha Hotel with total building up area 45, 000 m2

-Working as a Mechanical Consultant at (COPTHORNE Al Adl Hotel) by Millennium (Owner: Pan kingdom Real Estate):

Worked at FAD Company for Contracting and Trading its residency in Riyadh, KSA …….. The project was in Jazan (From Jan.2013 till Nov.2014).
- Working as senior mechanical engineer responsible for HVAC, Fire Fighting and plumbing work at site (Faculty of Computer science and Information Systems- Jazan University- Ministry of Higher Education) and under supervision of Zuhair Fayez Consultancy.

* I'm working with MSC and construction team who responsible for construct data center infrastructure and buildings as a turnkey job.

* I travelled to Burundi to install Stulz DX A/Cs and plumbing system in first MSC in Burundi for Telecel globe (Leo Operator).

Mobinil - Worked in all Mobinil MSCs and soft switches and data centers in A/C system.
- Smart Village Building worked and supervised duct system installations and air balancing.

MENA (OT) - Worked in Alex and Zafarana gateway buildings for submarine cable system project in A/C system

Credit Agricole Egypt Bank - Worked in Zamalek and Giza data centers in A/C system.

HUAWEI - Worked in A/C systems inside BSCs allover Egypt For Etisalat Company.
- Worked in A/C system in Alex Auto Core Project for Etisalat Misr.

Telecel Globe Leo - Burundian Operator (Worked in first MSC in Burundi in Stulz DX A/C System)
- Worked on troubleshooting for these units from Egypt by phone during maintenance and guarantee period.
Etisalat Egypt - Worked in A/C system inside its data centers
- Worked as a project manager in Etisalat Smart Village Main Core HVAC Modification Project.

-My responsibility is to install new air conditioning systems, Ventilation systems and calculate needed cooling capacities for different sites and how to link A/C system with fire alarm system to shut off A/Cs in case of fire also link with OMC or BMS for monitoring and handle any alarms.

- I have to estimate for new projects budget cost, revenue, gross profit (GP) and gross margin (GM %) and after that opening new mission order for cost controlling.

-The types of air condition systems are \{(DX Precision units ’’STULZ’’ and Carrier package units), (Split units ’’Free stand and high wall comfort units’’\}.

-I have a good idea in MSC infrastructure in \{fire fighting, fire alarm, cable tray extend, earthing system, lighting system, power system, Plumbing\}
