• Played a pivotal role in saving more than 300, 000 US dollars via optimizing mode of shipments and innovative shipment roots serving the construction site requirements.
• Instrumental in developing delivery priorities of piping bulks and communicating the same to the suppliers, thereby achieving the planned delivery schedule.
• Pioneered in reutilizing and developing in-house piping bulks allocation system satisfying the project requirements.
• Played a key role in analyzing additional contractual requirements to gain contract schedule extension of the preliminary scope covering up other project delays.
• Instrumental in developing and updating various procurement project and monitoring packages via level 3 schedule (Detailed Project Schedule), progress measurement system and project reporting systems.

• Supervising the requisition of materials for piping bulks and monitoring quality control/ safety measures on the site.
• Creating project implementation plans, project schedules, assigning tasks to team members for on-time delivery of client deliverables.
• Directing, monitoring and coordinating all logistics and onsite activities of the project and handling materials reconciliation activities to guarantee project progress in accordance with the approved construction schedule.
• Communicating with subcontractors and various departments for reviewing progress of onsite activities. Recommending processes to improve quality/ efficiency of assigned project tasks.
• Scrutinizing the work of subcontractors by piping prefabrication to develop prefabrication work packages, devising performance measurement parameters and providing effective strategies/ measures to address shortcomings.
• Managing and controlling the project in whole, involving - conceptualization, budgeting, contractual negotiations, while ensuring adherence to organizational policies.
• Implementing and revising the piping prefabrication plan in connections and modification of existing equipments in coordination with clients and engineering team.
• Resolving conflicts within teams across various levels including procurement, expediting and logistics department by applying industry best practices and enhancing quality of project deliverables.
• Ensuring procedural adherence and resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, identifying bottlenecks and providing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities :
• Reviewed Vendor drawings, conducted dimensional inspection and assured all project specifications/ regulations are adhered to.
• Organized rigorous quality control checks for equipments and materials in compliance with Material Take-off (MTO) activities.
• Liaised with MTO from the 3D model to monitor the systems and also with procurement and quality departments to issue purchase requisitions for the procurement of equipment and materials, in accordance to organizational policies.
• Coordinated all aspects of Material Management system (VPRM) including planning, procurement, storage and foreign purchases to achieve organizational goals.
• Successfully handled an array of activities pertaining to developing and issuing requisitions to vendors, performing Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE), thereby reviewing vendor drawings, documents and design calculations in line with company standards.
• Achieved required inputs from various engineering principals inclusive of mechanical data sheets, foundation and structure details, instrument specifications and other relevant data.

• Supervised all pertinent tasks associated with inspection and erection progress of piping, fabrication, fit up, dimensional and orientation, thereby assured compliance with organizational standards.
• Monitored progress of the fabrication and erection of piping structure to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Scrutinized the entire construction process for the project in accordance with project and design specifications. Conducted fabrication and erection of pipe line in site and work shop.
• Prepared regular status reports on progress of projects and submitted it to the project manager. Ensured that health/ safety requirements and safe working practices are adhered to.
